I guess Paladins aren’t all bad! I had the pleasure of running Blackrock Depths with a true team player. For reasons I won’t go into detail our adventure in Blackrock had taken a turn for the worse. Our team was divided; Elessedil, Krabatah and I stood at the entrance to the hall leading to the Black Anvil, and the other members of our team were stuck behind respawn. I had earlier discovered the plans for Dark Iron Shoulders and had just enough Dark Iron bars left from the Black Forge. Eight fire elementals and Lord Incendius stood between the Black Anvil and us. Could we clear the way? If we failed there would be no second chances. The answer was staring me right in the face, and his name was Krabatah the Paladin.
Hogit explained his plan to the other two members and Krabatah knew exactly what to do. I then witnessed one of the most selfless acts someone can make, the act of self sacrifice. Krabatah snuck down the hall with Hogit in tow passed the first two sets of fire elementals. When the hall narrowed the last two pairs of elementals spotted the Paladin who then began to charge Incendius! While the Paladin gathered their attention Hogit ran passed, stepped up to the Dark Anvil and with his hammer began to craft. Krabatah held ten elite fire elementals and Incendius for what seemed an eternity. When the Paladin heroically fell, Hogit had just enough time to finish crafting, drink a six second invulnerability potion and run to the end of the hall where he would die only to be resurrected by Elessedil standing just beyond. The plan worked and we celebrated dwarven style by getting drunk in Ironforge!
Thank you Krabatah!
