Huzzah Cornpo! Hog and Cornpo had spent the last few days in Blackrock mining as much Dark Iron Ore as they could from the mountain. After a last big push through Blackrock Depths, Cornpo the Night Elf Druid was finally Revered with the Thorium Brotherhood. His reward was the awesome Corehound Belt from Lokhtos Darkbargainer in The Grim Guzzler. The two celebrated in Ironforge over Dark Iron Ale Hog had picked up at the bar. Elves can’t hold their liquor; Cornpo was last seen running through Ironforge asking Jubjubs to marry him.

In my last Molten Core update Arsenal Team had taken down Gehennas. Since then we have defeated the rock elemental Garr and the fire elemental Baron Geddon. Our next challenge was Golemagg a giant rock Giant! The fight with Golemagg is a little different then the others in that he is guarded by two hounds which must be off-tanked while Golemagg is killed first. The fight with the giant was challenging for our healers but we did defeat him. In the last few minutes of the fight, the hounds sensing the demise of their master go berserk, and Golemagg himself begins casting earthquakes causing lots of damage to anyone near. Next up is Sulfuron!

In order to complete my Warlords deck of cards I need the Ace from the Ogre King in Dire Maul. Returning to Dire Maul was not my idea of fun based from past experiences. Surprisingly the run through went better than I thought. We were fully prepared this time and had materials to fix the ice trap to easily pass the second guard, and we had materials for the Ogre suit to pass the last. One of the party members climbs into the suit, transforming into an Ogre, and talks to the guard Captain Kromcrush. He tells Kromcrush the guard Fengus called him a Gnoll lover. Kromcrush runs off in anger allowing to the party to pass. After the Ogre King is defeated, tribute (loot) is paid to the party members crowned new kings by the Ogres. From the tribute chest I received a new weapon and cloak, but no Ace of Warlords from the King, the only drop I really wanted.
