Hallow’s End

Hogit tricked into a Hoggoblin This past week Azeroth has been celebrating Hallow’s End. Carved pumpkin decorations glow from corners and stuffed ghosts hang from buildings. The vendors in Ironforge offering trick-or-treats mostly gave Hogit tricks and rarely any treats. He was tricked into a goblin, bat, worm and leper gnome form. The treats consisted of various candy, wands with five limited charges to shape shift a party member, and paper masks of the different races. The first mask I received was of a Male Dwarf. Yeah… thanks.

Hogit burning the man Sergeant Hartman in Southshore was recruiting locals to ride up to Tirisfal Glade and crash the Wickerman Festival. “We need to know how big the festival is this year, and how much trouble the Forsaken are going to cause us during Hallow’s End.” A giant man made of wicker was built near the Undercity. Known as the Wickerman it would be lit on fire as Hallow’s End came to a close. This “burning of the man” was quite a sight and also heavily guarded by two Undercity Abominations. The Wickerman was fully ablaze when I arrived and after a quick look around I returned to Southshore.
