My first experience in Dire Maul West was not fun at all. In fact I think the pick-up-group ended after wiping on only a few pulls. It’s amazing the difference some end-game experience and good gear can make. With some members from Arsenal Team, including Elessedil the Priest, the place was actually fun. Maybe a little trivial at times, but it’s nice being able to run through and not worry about what disaster the next pull may bring. I find myself enjoying the five man instances even more these days. Immol’thar is a good example; a giant multi-headed dog looking creature. Before I would have approached the fight cautiously, but now we just charge in, strategy? who needs it, the Priest tanks and I heal with bandages… ok so we are a little overpowered… ok a lot overpowered.

) anyway i have spent probably half my time in this hour reading yours and cornpo’s blogs (you have much more) and i enjoy reading them. i am also tempted to start a blog but being a computer N00b i know not how to start a site and all that stuff. If you could help me with any/all this stuff i would apriciate it.

Well you could always start with Blogger which is free:
http://www.blogger.com/
I would imagine any guild on any server is always fond of Warlocks, they seem to always be in demand.

Wait so which one is going to be the blog? You dont want to post on a new blog each time, instead write a new post to the same blog.
I like this address better http://salasissadventures.blogspot.com/
If you want to post images you will need somewhere to host them I think. I’m not sure if Blogger does this but there are other image hosting companies out there that are free.

Hogit,
Hello, I was hoping you could give me a hand. I’ve been puling my hair out trying to get wp-itemstats to work with wordpress. I’m a total wp noob so I was hoping you would be kind enough to guide me through this.
Thank you in advance!

Personally, I think I prefer the 5 man end-game instances to the raids… Everything is just a bit smaller and easier to keep track of, and there’s less time spent coordinating a large group of people.
Oh and my first time in DM with a group was when it first became available, and was a pretty heavy wipe scenario
