After completing the Spider Wing, Ilterendi has moved on to the Abomination and Plague Wings. The Plague Wing is rather short and has some challenging fights, but the first encounter Noth The Plaguebringer is fairly easy so was defeated after a couple nights of practice. We have been farming Noth since then but instead of advancing further into the Plague Wing Ilterendi skipped over to the Abomination Wing. The Abomination Wing has a total of four bosses and some very fun fights.
The first boss up in the Abomination Wing is Patchwerk; an oversized undead “abomination” with some very powerful attacks. Grobbulus follows Patchwerk and is too easy to be worth mentioning so I will skip straight to Gluth who was Ilterendi’s most recent victory. Gluth is your average “two-headed” fearing and enraging dog fight except he also has loads of skeletons “chow” that heal him. Most of the strategy involves kiting the skeletons with either Warriors and Mages or Paladins. He dropped Gluth's Missing Collar which is the only neck in the game with shield block stats; it’s not very impressive but was inexpensive so I bid and won it. Hooray!

You are a huge waste of DKP but I’m not complaining.
Oh I know… how about I save my DKP so that I’m the last Druid on the server to get Stormrage Pauldrons! What a great idea Cornpo!

Its not such a *huge* waste of DKP. It takes a very dedicated tank to waste DKP to have a barelly noticable chance to block =P

It’s the only neck in the game with block value (increase the block value of your shield) I could care less about the “chance” to block, I’m allready over 30%.
When added up block value makes a big difference on your incoming and outgoing damage through shield slam.
It was very little DKP and it might as well have been free. My DKP position between the other Warriors did not even change.
Cornpo is just being an ass like normal because he can’t take care of his own blog.
