Elessedil's Story

Elessedil In Wonderland

It was a windy autumn day in Azeroth. After getting a bag of candy from the Stormwind Innkeeper to help rot my teeth I was in the mood for a lightning show, and decided to take a ride through the Blasted Lands.

Elessedil on the other side of the Dark Portal As I went up and down the red clay hills snacking on a delicious lollypop I violently pulled the reigns, and my jaw along with the candy dropped to the floor. The Dark Portal that leads to Outland had been opened. A black and green cosmic cloud swirled endlessly in the hellish doorway; this was the kind of moment when the saying “Curiosity killed the elf” did not apply. I had to go through it, and I had to see what lay beyond it.

Elessedil flying over Hellfire Citadel in the Outlands Once I was through I was greeted by a battle between demons and members of the Alliance; I quickly went to seek out a gryphon master to fly me to safety. He informed me I was in a place called the Hellfire Peninsula and he would be able to take me to the nearest town. The view from Honor Hold( the town I had flown to) was both breathtaking and terrifying. Where was Hogit when I needed him?

Elessedil exploring Zangarmarsh I gathered up my courage and decided to go exploring. After ridding for some time I finally arrived in the Zangarmarsh. This was an alien place I had never imagined; the creatures and flora that surrounded me put all my logic in question. Hogit and Cornpo were never going to believe me!

Elessedil in Nagrand I rode on south to a savanna looking place by the name of Nagrand. Here is where I found the biggest diamond that has ever existed, and a herd of Elek whose riders almost cost me my life. Fortunately I was able to get away and show you the pictures, because as the saying goes “SS or it didn’t happen!”

Outland is full of wonder and adventure; there is much to do and learn. I have come back to Azeroth is search of reinforcement, for I cannot tackle this place on my own. LFM OUTLAND!!!

Burning Crusade Beta Expansion Dreams

Hogit on the other side of the Dark Portal Maybe it was those Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops I ate before the Patchwerk fight, but I have been having some weird dreams lately. In my dream Hogit had received an invite to the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Beta Test! After a ride through the twisting Dark Portal Hogit hopped on a griffon set for Honor Hold, the first Alliance outpost in the Outlands.

Hogit exploring Area-52 “We’re not in Azeroth anymore,” Hogit said atop his trusty mountain goat. As a Goblin Engineer the first place he wanted to see was Area 52, a Goblin run town in the Netherstorm. Hogit rode hard without looking back and only stopping at Alliance towns for flight paths. Eventually he arrived at Area 52, or at least I think he did. Strangely I don’t remember much of anything interesting to mention. Oh well, I’m sure it was great.

Junx, Shabs, Hogit, and Elessedil I dreamt that others were there in the beta with Hogit. Elessedil journeyed with him, as well as Junx and Shabs. We instanced in the Hellfire Citadel and saw some horrible things. A Doom looking creature blocked our path through one room but presented little challenge for the Rogue’s blades. There were Fel Orcs everywhere and Magtheridon lies below shouting to be set free. During pulls I kept accidentally using intimidating shout and aggroing the entire instance which confirms it was a dream because I never make mistakes when I’m really playing!
