Turning Over A New Leaf

Hogit specializing talents in Ironforge The Military Ward in Ironforge was packed on patch day. Every Warrior was gathered around the trainer choosing new talents. I discussed some options with Hablion and decided on trying a heavy protection specialization (surprise!) with eight points in arms, none in fury, and forty-three in protection. At level seventy I would spend my remaining ten talents in cruelty and one-handed weapon specialization. Besides the talents, the patch brought some changes to armor values. During a Patchwerk fight with 17,874 armor, I hit the diminishing returns cap against a level sixty target.

Gnome reindeer train The Feast of Winter Veil draws near signaling the beginning of a new year and the coming of the expansion. Greatfather Winter’s little helpers dot Ironforge spreading cheer, and you can’t take two steps without being pelted with snowballs. While dodging steaming piles of reindeer droppings and Winter Veil Gnome /train’s, all I can think about is only twenty-six more days!

    Happy Winter’s Veil ^^

To hit the 75% damage reduction cap is no small feat, congratulations on that too =P

Oh yes and if you haven’t tried it, using hardpacked snowballs from AV on passing allies/hordies and dropping them to their doom has proven a very effective method at breaking the grind =P

    Hello hogit,

first of all I want to say how beautiful your blog is designed. (/bravo)
I found out that you provide this wordpress theme via sourceforge.net and I wanted to ask if I am allowed to use it for my own world of warcraft blog too.
If the answer would be yes I’d like to ask further how I’d put your theme-link in the footer so it finds it’s proper recognition.
Also I’m really interested in how you frame the links of the images. And, while I’m asking, how in the name of alexstrasza did you do the logo? Where did you get the sublayer from so you could write your name over it?
So many questions only the explorer league has.

    Sincerely,
    Grunt, dwarf warrior
